- Background and reference checks
- Applied software testing
- Portfolio interview (when applicable)

Our Pre-Hire Program is a proprietary series of evaluations that streamline the hiring process. It is designed to ensure the selection of the best personnel for staffing needs. The five-step process includes:
- Resume review and selection
- Phone and resume screening
- In-person interview
- Skills and behavior testing customized for industry and position
- Background check that includes (as needed) credit check, criminal background, education, driving record, references, military records, candidate evaluation report and recommendations
