As Digital Designer, you will develop, design and produce ideas and content to engage consumers via the Internet.  Partner with concepts and strategy team to provide creative direction and execution for major client accounts.  Develop/design promotional print, POP, collateral and direct mail work. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, design, and present concepts to clients and internal teams as well as oversee technical aspects of a project from concept to development
- Work with both the offline creative and internal or external interactive teams to ensure project goals are met
- Refine client strategy and develop functionality that exceeds client expectations by pushing the boundaries of the medium
- Projects include highly interactive and innovative consumer-oriented online experiences, including HTML and Flash websites/microsites, emails, user interfaces, and online video
- Overall strategic lead over multiple client brands and account service teams  

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Designer first, Developer second with a minimum 3+ years direct experience
- Broad exposure to design styles and an in-depth understanding of the web
- Experience organizing complex information and a solid understanding of information architecture, interface design and usability is a must
- Ability to execute projects using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Working knowledge of HTML and CCS
- Understanding of integrating with back-end technologies and external data sources is a plus

We are currently seeking an interactive designer with Web and Flash experience who will work closely with our clients to develop highly conceptual designs for Web-based interactive projects. All design candidates should have a strong understanding of HTML and Flash in order to concept and produce
various projects ranging from complex interactive experiences to rich media.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3+ years of interactive/rich media design and production experience
- Proficient on Mac OSX Operating System and highly skilled in HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash and
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, GoLive, Image Ready)
- Solid understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies (Shockwave, CSS,
JavaScript, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong layout and design capabilities (typography, color, layout, motion, etc.) applied to a diverse
client base – B2B to B2C
- Able to juggle assignments while maintaining the high quality of your vision, organization, attention to detail
and adherence to deadlines
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients as well as team members
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable art/design school a plus
