SKILLS REQUIRED & DESCRIPTION:

Art Squad is seeking a talented traffic/customer service professional
for a San Antonio client. If you have experience in client service as it
relates to pre-media and print we want to talk to you! In this role, you
will serve as the primary contact for select clients providing efficient
and timely information regarding job status, needs and requests,
and will work in conjunction with the team to produce the highest level
of quality and efficiency in a time sensitive process.

Required Skills:

* Excellent understanding of the Macintosh operating systems.
* Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker Pro,
Internet Explorer, job trafficking systems/procedures.
* Working knowledge of database systems and desktop publishing
programs, including QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
* General understanding of prepress is preferred.
* Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Exemplary organizational skills.
* Consistent follow-through with the ability to work and make
decisions independently.
* Excellent attitude with a focus on customer service and support.
